Eligibility Requirements

In order to qualify for assistance from 716SNKRS INC., 

• You should reside in the 716 region, including Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie and Niagara counties.
• Meet physical requirements for the sport you wish to participate in.
• Meet age requirements for the sport you wish to participate in. Our cut off is 18 years of age.

The maximum annual benefit value is $350 per child. This does not mean you will receive benefits totaling that amount. Scholarships will be paid directly to the athletic organization on your child's behalf. Be sure to include all necessary information when submitting your application or your application may be denied. Our athletic scholarships are designated to assist with registration fees ONLY and are not intended for monthly dues. We do not cover additional costs for equipment, uniforms, competitions or volunteering. Additional fees will have to be covered by the family applying for assistance.

Athletic footwear and scholarships that are provided by 716SNKRS INC. are funded by public and private donations, corporate sponsorships and grants and are subject to availability. At this time, we are not able to provide assistance to competitive leagues. Our efforts are focused on youth house leagues and school athletics.

Please give us 72 hours to respond once your application is submitted. Someone from our team will contact you to discuss your application and ask for any clarifying information. Applications may take 30-45 days to be finalized as they are reviewed during our monthly board meetings.
